Cream of Peppers and Burrata Pasta

To me, anything topped with burrata is absolute perfection, just like you are. Aside from the creamy burrata, what makes this pasta dish so special is the use of sweet red peppers.They are simmered with garlic, chili peppers and tomato paste before they are turned into a gorgeous cream sauce that coats every strand of pasta. The dish is crowned with a beautiful ball of creamy burrata and a sprinkling of fresh basil. This is a beautiful and simple pasta dish that you can easily throw together on a busy weeknight. Here’s to a just gorgeous dinner!
