Even fast food looks different in Italy! The Pasta Bro and I were recently inspired to make an Americanized version of Cuzzetiello, which is a traditional Neapolitan dish consisting of hollowed-out bread filled with luscious meatballs and a beautiful tomato sauce. You may know this dish as a meatball sub, and I hope you enjoy my take on it. It’s a just gorgeous dish that the whole family will love.
