Julius Caesar Sandwich

This sandwich is ambitious, charismatic and a true visionary; just like you, and its namesake, Julius Caesar! I’m starting a Roman Panino series as we head into summer, and this is another wonderful example of the unbelievable sandwich creations you can find all over Rome. This has everything you could even want in a sandwich. Crispy potatoes, peppery arugula pesto, Prosciutto Cotto, creamy burrata and shaved Pecorino Romano. Make it this week, The Romans would be proud!!
