Pasta with Apple and Sausage

Apple in pasta? Approved! This may sound like a strange combination, but the sweetness of the apple plays beautifully with the spice of the sausage. I created a beautiful red pepper and garlic cream sauce to finish the dish. The result is a hearty pasta dish perfect for the colder winter months. Just gorgeous.
