Saturday Night Fever Pasta

Spice up your Saturday night routine with this creamy, spicy and umami-rich pasta dish. It takes just minutes to put together and is the perfect meal for a cozy date night at home, or midnight snack after a fun night out. This dish was inspired by the vibrant Disco scene in Rome, when many of the iconic quick-cooking pasta dishes were born. It has vibes similar to a vodka sauce, but it’s much quicker to make. Plus, there is no vodka or wine included, so it’s family friendly.
