Torta della Nonna

Every nonna has a version of this recipe, and everyone will insist their nonna’s is the best. This is my nonna’s version. It features a buttery, crumbling crust that’s filled with silky pastry cream that has just a touch of lemon and orange flavor. Pine nuts and powered sugar adorn the top making it the centerpiece of your holiday table!
