Whipped Zucchini Pesto

Got zucchini? As we head into the end of summer, I know those gardens are bursting with zucchini! Here is an amazing way to use up that squash; zucchini pesto. The sauce requires just a handful of ingredients and comes together super quickly. Serve it tossed with hot pasta or chill it down and serve it as a cold pasta salad. This pasta is light, herbaceous and absolutely gorgeous, just like you are!
