A roasted whole turkey may be traditional, but I’m not afraid of breaking a few rules! This turkey meatloaf is so much less stressful than roasting a whole bird, and in my opinion, it’s much tastier too. The meatloaf is stuffed Italian style with gorgeous Prosciutto Cotto and creamy fontina cheese. Drizzle it with a little pistachio pesto fortified with aged Balsamic and you have something truly sensational. Your family will be very thankful for this!
